AfterThe existing Klip-Lok roof on Parthenia Street, Dolans Bay was in disrepair, with rust spots affecting its condition. The customer wanted to add solar panels, but the roof needed attention before the planned installation.
We replaced a section of the existing Klip-Lok roof with new Klip-Lok roofing in COLORBOND Surfmist. The remaining roof was restored and painted using primer followed by two coats of Dulux paint, addressing the roof's condition ahead of the customer's solar plans.
The project also included replacing 35 metres of internal box gutter. This was a challenging part of the job, requiring careful work within the existing roof layout to complete the replacement.
The finished result combines targeted roof replacement, restoration and new internal box guttering. All of the photos in this gallery show the roof after the work was completed.
