Our Guarantee to You
Roofing Goats Pty Ltd warrants that all roofing works listed on the attached quote and scope of works have been installed in accordance with Australian Standards, manufacturer specifications, and relevant NCC requirements.
What's Covered
- Defects arising from faulty installation or workmanship by Roofing Goats crew
- Water penetration caused by incorrect flashing, sealing, or fixing methods
- Failure of sarking installation or counter batten application where included in scope
- Incorrectly fixed ridge capping, hip ends, or valley flashings
- Transfer to new property owner (within warranty period, written notice required)
What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by storm, hail, wind, or other severe weather events
- Defects in roofing materials (covered by manufacturer warranty separately)
- Work carried out by third parties or owner modifications after installation
- Damage arising from blocked or overflowing gutters, downpipes, or drainage
- Structural movement, subsidence, or pre-existing structural defects
- Items not included in the original scope of works

Contact us in writing
Email info@roofinggoats.com.au with your warranty certificate number, property address, and description of the defect.
Inspection within 5 business days
A Roofing Goats representative will attend the property to assess the claim.
Remediation at no cost
If the defect falls within the scope of this warranty, all labour and materials to rectify the issue will be covered by Roofing Goats.
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, the consumer guarantees available to you under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Nothing in this document excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you may have under applicable legislation. This warranty applies to the property listed on the attached certificate.
